Menstruation Cramps Remedy!

These cramps are felt in the lower abdomen, before and during menstruation period. Sometimes these cramps can be more painful. I have an easy homemade remedy to get rid of this pain temporarily. Let’s proceed.
PREPARATION TIME: 10 MINUTES
SERVING: 1
INGREDIENTS
Jaggery: 50 grams
Carom seeds: 1 teaspoon
Water: 2 cups
PROCESS
- Put a pan on medium flame and pour water.
- Add jaggery and carom seeds. Boil water till it remains 1 cup.
- Turn off the flame. Drain and drink warm.
- You can repeat this process 2 times a day.
- Remedy is ready!
