Today I have tried virgin mojito. It’s one of the most popular non-alcoholic beverages. This is very refreshing and a perfect drink for anytime, anywhere. It’s really easy to prepare and very digestive. Let’s proceed to the recipe.
PREPARATION TIME: 5 MINUTES
Soda: 1/2 glass
Sugar syrup: 2 teaspoons
Ice cubes: 5-6
Mint leaves: 10-12
Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
lemon: 1 (cut in wedges)
Salt: according to your taste
- In a large bowl, take mint leaves and lemon wedges. With the help of a muddler and muddle them till the juice has start coming out.
- Now take muddled mint leaves and lemon wedges in a glass and add juice as well.
- Add soda, sugar syrup, lemon juice, salt, and ice cubes according the ingredients and mix.
- Garnish it with lemon wedges, mint leaves, and serve.
- Virgin mojito is ready!
