Carrot (Gazar) Halwa!

This is also known as carrot pudding. Winters are here and carrot (gazar) halwa is one of the most favourite dishes of winter. This is famous Indian dessert which is really easy to prepare and yummy. So let’s proceed to the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Red juicy carrots (gazar): 4 cups (grated)Milk: 6 cups
Clarified butter (ghee): 1/2 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Cashews: 15 (roughly chopped)
Almonds: 15 (roughly chopped)
Cardamom powder: 1 teaspoon
