Eggless Mayonnaise!

Today I have tried eggless mayonnaise. Homemade dishes are healthy to eat and easy to prepare. As usual, this is also easy to prepare. So, let’s proceed to the recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Refined oil: 1/2 cup
Chilled milk: 1/4 cup
Sugar: 1/4 teaspoon
Mustard seeds powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Lemon juice: 1/2 tablespoon
Vinegar: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: according to taste
RECIPE
- Take a large bowl.
- Take refined oil, chilled milk, sugar, mustard seeds powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, vinegar, and salt according to the ingredients.
- Now with the help of a blender, blend all the ingredients at a medium speed.
- After some time you’ll see that it turn thickens, now blend it at a high speed till it turns creamy.
- Now store in a jar.
- Eggless mayonnaise is ready!
