Today we are going to see how I experimented with making a food dish with oats.
As you know, oats are very healthy and tasty, apart from masala oats we can make many more dishes with it. So it’s time to try a new recipe, Oats Appe a.k.a. Oats Appam.
Oats – 1 bowl
Curd – 1/2 bowl
Chopped onion – 1
Chopped tomato – 1
Chopped chilies – 2
Chopped coriander leaves
Peas – 1/4 bowl
Garam masala – 1 teaspoon
Mirchi powder – 1 teaspoon
Haldi – 1/4 teaspoon
Semolina – 1/2 bowl
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Salt – according to taste
Eno – 1/2 teaspoon
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients in it and rest it for 15 minutes. Now put appe pan on medium flame and grease it with oil, also, if you like mustard, you can sprinkle a small pinch of mustard seeds in the oil.
When the pan is heated, fill the mixture in the pan and shallow fry it.
Now have it with chutney.
Appe a.k.a appam pan.
