Healthy and yummy oats chilla

Today I’ve tried oats chilla and it was really nice and I’ve found it very healthy. So I want to share the recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Oats – one cup
1 Onion – fine chopped
1 Tomato – fine chopped
2 chopped green chilies
Chopped coriander leaves
Semolina – 2 teaspoon
Gram flour – 2 teaspoon
Chat masala – 1 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt- according to taste
Cheese for garnishing.
(You can add chopped carrot in it)
RECIPE:
Take oats in one bowl. Mix some water in it. Mix all the ingredients well and wait for 5 minutes for it to settle down. The batter should not be too watery. Heat up a pan and put some oil in it. Now spread the batter in the pan and shallow fry it from both sides. Now garnish it with cheese, your oats chilla it ready now you can have it with chutney or curd.
